da*n skippy it was I who buried Santy. Fat b*stard was breakin' into peoples houses. Anyway, had another interesting discussion about religion with a guy I work with. I was called a hypocrite. I was like . He said I was, because basically I don't follow the King James version and I question it. I had pointed out that there was books taken out and maybe he ought to read them to broaden his horizons. I GOT BLASTED!! Well, needless to say, anyone who knows me, knows I'll keep on keepin' on when I get pissed or get challenged. So I asked him why he believes the King James to be the absolute truth. And he said because I do. Again I asked why? The discussion ended with me being called a hypocrite(?) and him refusing to explain why he believed the King James to be the absolute truth. I fail to see how I would be a hypocrite.

Knuck, that's one of those people that think that their religion is the "true" religion. I guess the King James version of the bible is the only "true" version. Gee, I guess millions of us are going to hell and hypocritical since we don't belive in what they do. I guess we need to start posting some of the beliefs of other religions. They would be shocked to see how many different beliefs parallel good ole King James.

knuck, it sounds like you were talking to a child on the third grade playground, the same child who tells the teacher "because" when the teacher asks the child why he pulled Suzie's hair. I understand why the child is not able to verbally support his actions or words because he lacks the maturity and education to do so. An adult convict guard on the other hand who is unable to explain the justification for his beliefs would serve himself better by keeping his piehole shut, otherwise he does as you buddy did, displays his ignorance. Course you, I and most the people reading this thread know that taking you on in an argument about religion could be like taking a knife to a gun fight.
knuckledragger, now that I have blown all that sunshine up your a-s, since you killed Santa, do you care to explain how it is that Santa became so closely associated with the birth of Christ and where do you think Santa originated.

For the few years I've known knuck, there is ONE thing I've learned: DONT TALK RELIGION with him, haha, with me being Wiccan, I have a different perspective on things, and knuck is CONSTANTLY trying to make me see HIS light, but that's what life is all about, seeing everyone's lights. He does have a heart, he talked to my daughter who was considering going into corrections right out of high school, and helped her make a choice. I have to give him alot of credit for telling her where the bear goes in the forest!!
