It's time for a lotta castration, the olde fashioned way. Just like gramps used to do, shall we? Maybe the DA should be first?

Latest update on my Nephew's wife, At this point she has spinal cord damage in the neck area that's causing paralysis from the waist down. How that happened we don't know. She has limited movement in her hands, but with daily therapy, the doctors think that she'll regain all movement from the waist up. the family is on the long road of the healing process. As for the pieces of sh*t that did this, I spoke to one of the Detectives at the Norfolk PD, and he told me that in Virginia, the charge of Malicious Wounding carries a greater sentence than attempted murder. I dunno...I just hope that they get what's coming to em, and I hope that my nephew doesn't take matters into his own hands if ya know what I mean. He's still with her, and paperwork is in the process of transferring the whole fam damily down here so they can be with family that can help. Thank you all again for your prayers and thoughts. It's working!!!

Here's an update on the case....
Youth guilty of shooting woman in front of children in Norfolk
Dawn Weiss
By MATTHEW ROY, The Virginian-Pilot © August 23, 2007 | Last updated 1:12 PM Aug. 23
NORFOLK
Dawn Weiss parked in the driveway and stepped inside her friend's house in the 8100 block of Redmon Road, with her daughters, Destyni, 6, and Kayla, 9, in tow.
Just as the front door shut, the doorbell rang, and four young men burst into the home, guns in hand.
"This is for real," somebody said.
What happened next, described in a court document filed Wednesday, has become all too real for Weiss. She was shot and partially paralyzed trying to escape; her daughters, splattered with her blood, summoned help by leaning on a car horn.
Police arrested four suspects. Their ages: 15, 16, 17 and 18.
On Wednesday, Michael Moore Jr., who has turned 18 since the robbery, pleaded guilty in Circuit Court to 12 charges stemming from the attack on Weiss as well as the robbery of a man the day before, including counts of aggravated malicious wounding, robbery and abduction with intent to extort.
Moore's sentencing was set for Dec. 14.
A document summarizing what Moore and his lawyers agreed prosecutors would have established had the case gone to trial was introduced Wednesday. It gives this account:
On May 1, the day before Weiss was injured, several men barged into a sailor's home on Ridgefield Avenue, and confronted him with a stolen shotgun. They robbed him of six pistols and more than 500 rounds of ammunition, among other items.
The next day, in a house less than a quarter-mile away, the youths used two of those weapons in the attack on Weiss.
They ordered Weiss and her daughters to sit on a couch. One of the robbers dumped out Weiss' purse, the others searched the house. When they demanded valuables, she tried to explain the house wasn't hers - she was checking it for a friend.
One of the young men ordered her upstairs, and then commanded her at gunpoint to remove her clothes. She refused, and offered to take the group to her house, where she had money. The young man agreed.
Weiss resisted their demands that her daughters stay behind, insisting they come with her. She walked out, holding her daughters' hands, the four youths following. She whispered to her daughters to run to the car. She got in, too, locked the door and started the car, and attempted to flee.
That's when Michael Moore and one of the others fired at least four times, striking her repeatedly. Her car rolled into a parked vehicle, and stopped, and the men fled.
Weiss couldn't move. Her daughters honked the horn, summoning neighbors.
Weiss has since undergone several surgeries, and is paralyzed from the chest down.
Three other people face charges in the Weiss case, including Moore's cousin, Keyanta Moore, now 16, who is also charged in the case involving the sailor. He is scheduled to be in court today.
Randell Barkely, 16, and Vicktor R. Stine-Cunningham, 18, are also awaiting trial.

OMG Coolhand..........I know their Mama will probably never be the same but those girls being there and witnessing the entire thing really makes me want to puke.
Those a**holes shouldn't be allowed anything. They deserve the same chance they gave to her and her children. If it was up to me, I'd lock'em in a cell with Knuckledragger one at a time.
I cannot think of anything more frightening.........(if I was a bad guy of course)

Yeah, it's pretty friggin sad when that generation feels the need to "Prove Themselves" at the cost of human lives. And I completely agree with ya on the Knuckeldragger thing, a whole lotta whupass on em is definitely in order....

Well they apparently don't have everything they want, like i have always heard, growing up. I guess they need a way to make a statement, albeit a tragic one, etc. I believe we need to go back to the old ways of punishment and quit bellyachen when we keep the condemd on a gurney to long with a blown I/V. Plunge a needle in and get it over with. Start enforcing the law, go after all these hood, gangs, and such and put a stop to this crap. Now thats what I call justice.
