AARRGGHH!! WISH IT WAS ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe the way DOC is going all of us over 6 years should retire. It certainly would be nice to do it. If I could find something good paying I'd go in a minute and hold off until 55 to start collecting that 16 years I have built up so far. Congrats to those retired I hope you can stay retired and be happy.

I retired Aug 2007. After (26) years of service with DOC. DCI,SFRC,BCI,ECI. All retirees beware H.R. 218 refers to Title 18,44 United States Code The Federal Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004. Most managers and supervisors are not aware of this law. HR 218 gives retired officer two options for demonstrating firearms proficiency. A retiree may return to the agency from which he or she retired in good standing and shoot the firearms regimen that agency requires of its active officer. Also the agency are require to provide ,retiree identification card and badge.
Informations may be of interest Call your last duty station and request your ID and badge. I will be posting more information and requesting feedback.

Why would it be Ms. V's shining star? Demilly is in Region 3.
