If the Suwannee Warden is going to New River where did that Warden go? Who is taking over Suwannee, hope they get it opened correctly. It seems if a Facility opens and has problems it will always have problems, hope this does not happen to the new Facility at Suwannee.

That move just doesn't make a lot of sense at all.

Anyone have anything to pass along about Colonel Terry Lollie. What should we expect. I worked for him when he was a Sergeant. I know lots of people at ACI that say he's remained down to earth and hasn't let the promotions affect his ego. He wants everyone to do thier part, and do it the right way. Keep us updated on how he's accepted and how he performs once he gets there.

Royce Marlow what a joke.........Has maybe 9 years in? He was willing to move around a lot and got lucky too. Sometimes the fast track is like that. Then he went on the Audit teams and that is another fast track for promotion. There are other promotions on the list that got my attention more than his......

Thanks to those of you who gave input on Lollie, he is coming into a camp that is fairly smooth running but has a very fast dropping staff moral problem due to lack of action against pieces of crap officers and extreme mandatory overtime due mostly to bad management.
His first headache is going to be a very long awaited across the board post change that I am guessing our former Colonel held off on implementing due to his reassignment.

Marlow is definitely a joke!!!!He is one of those who has no experience as a white shirt but because he is one of Miss v's do boys he will be protected by her. Beware of him as he does not know his azz from his elbow.

You are soooo right about the recent promotions not being in line with written policy. 3 persons were promoted down south who were not eligible and those that were eligible were passed over. Does that tell those of us who were eligible that we are not worthy of promotion? If we violate the policies we get demoted or fired but those on high do it and cram it down our throats and no repercussions at all. The only promotion on that list worth mentioning is Mr Cannon being promoted to Region Director. That was the best thing to ever happen to this department. Region One is lucky to have such a fine leader. ...One promotion is the most absurd I have ever seen. Col Redmon getting promoted to ASST WARDEN. He is the most ignorant, inmate loving, scared, do nothing person ever to put on a uniform. He is where he is because he is a minority and not because he is any good. God help Demilley... Look at the management at Demilley now!!! The only one there who knows what he is doing is R. James. He has several persons working for him who could not empty a boot even with the instructions printed on the bottom.
